I found Kristine Blackwelder to be very unprofessional and insensitive regarding my elderly mother with Dementia in a local nursing home. Kristine was giving me her opinion, on behalf of the nursing home in regards to my mother's lost dentures and replacing them, with a statement asking "What do you want me to do, place a GPS tracker on them?! Unprofessional and insensitive to my mother's condition and anyone who sadly suffers from Dementia, it will not be forgotten. - Katrina S.
